Tampa Criminal Defense and Civil Rights| Joe Caimano, Esq.

Lifetime resident of the Tampa Bay area.

Dedicated to investigations of Civil Rights Violations and Criminal Trial Law since graduating from Law School.

Handled thousands of serious criminal cases and has taken a particular interest in investigating potential violations of Civil Rights.

In 2007, the Florida Bar recognized Joe as an expert in Criminal Trial and awarded him the distinction of being Board Certified in Criminal Trial.

In 2012, Governor Rick Scott appointed Joe to Florida's Task Force for Citizen Safety and Protection.

Member of the City of Tampa Code Enforcement Board, South Tampa YMCA Advisory Board, and the Florida Bar Criminal Trial Certification Committee.

On the State level, Joe has written and argued several appeals to the Second District Court of Appeals and the Fifth District Court of Appeals.  Also, he has appealed Federal cases to the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta.  Joe's practice encompasses both State and Federal Courts with extensive criminal trial experience.

Joe previously served on the Board of Directors for the Hillsborough County Association for Criminal Defense Lawyers. When not practicing law, Joe enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and hunting deer in the hills of Jefferson County, Ohio.
